Drive cross-team projects from kickoff through completion, resolving bottlenecks while ensuring engineering teams collect necessary data for system-level performance validation. Serve as the primary technical and programmatic point of contact for government and commercial customers, preparing progress reports, briefings, and proposal materials. Translate system-level requirements into scoped technical work, building milestone-based execution plans that track risks and dependencies. This foundational role connects technical teams to external stakeholders to shape progress communication and subsystem integration as Ayo develops photonic processors to redefine AI compute.
