Job Summary
Systems Integrator role supporting the PMO with cross-functional coordination of people, processes, technologies, and data across projects. Responsibilities include coordinating integration activities, identifying interdependencies, aligning technical solutions with business requirements, supporting system implementation and transition, and ensuring deliverables integrate into operational environments with minimal disruption. Additional duties cover PMO support (planning, scheduling, risk management, scheduling), preparing status reports and executive briefings, and stakeholder coordination between business units, technical teams, vendors, and leadership. Requirements include gathering and tracing business and technical requirements, developing interface documentation and integration plans, risk and quality management, governance compliance, and ensuring traceability through implementation and testing phases. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are emphasized, with proficiency in project-management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and a preference for PMP/CAPM or Agile certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with required polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Systems Engineering)
- 3–8 years of experience in systems integration, project coordination, program management, engineering, or related disciplines
