Job Summary
Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Engineers will lead integration and testing of RF sensor systems, coordinating test plans and environments, and collaborating with software, firmware, and hardware teams to define test cases and develop capabilities that exercise software and hardware. Responsibilities include developing and executing test plans and schedules, participating in design and I&T readiness reviews, conducting audits of I&T facilities, evaluating test requirements, analyzing results, and preparing comprehensive test reports. Qualifications emphasize hands-on integration and testing of RF sensor systems (radars, COMMS, SIGINT), experience with modeling/simulation tools to expedite testing, and collaboration across disciplines. The role requires a Bachelor's (or Master's) degree, active DoD Secret clearance, and the ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD; travel up to 10% is expected. Preferred qualifications include DoD Top Secret/SAP eligibility, experience with radar systems, C/C++, Python scripting, and knowledge of embedded systems and test automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR Master’s degree
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- U.S. citizenship
- Experience with RF lab test equipment (signal generator, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.)
- Experience troubleshooting HW/SW/FW integration problems
- Experience coding in MATLAB
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Baltimore, MD
