Systems Integration Specialist

As a Systems Integration Specialist, you’ll serve as a primary contact for the MOBC2 program, helping translate customer needs into technical specifications and integrating EC2-based systems into DAC3 kits and suites. You will research GOTS and COTS products, prepare analysis-of-options, and create technical briefs and comparison reports to guide DAC3 integration decisions. The role requires extensive systems engineering experience across the full delivery lifecycle, robust stakeholder coordination, and the ability to present concepts to customers and users. A Secret clearance is required, with TS/SCI and ACP as nice-to-have credentials. The position emphasizes collaboration with matrixed teams, risk identification and mitigation, and strong communication and briefing skills. Work arrangements may include remote, hybrid, or onsite participation depending on program needs. Expected salary range spans from $86,900 to $198,000 annually, with full-time or part-time engagement options at Booz Allen.
