Systems Integration Lead (Local Development Centre)

Job Summary
Systems Integration Lead at Leidos in Singapore provides technical leadership for end-to-end integration of complex software and platform solutions. Lead integration design, implementation, testing, and deployment; establish integration standards and interface management; drive co-development activities with customer engineers; mentor engineers and transfer knowledge; coordinate across software, infrastructure, DevSecOps, test, cybersecurity, and reliability engineering teams; support interoperability testing, deployment readiness, and architecture reviews; ensure security, performance, and reliability of integrated solutions; leverage APIs, APIs gateways, middleware, and service-oriented architectures; work with cross-functional teams in Singapore and the United States; require a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, with strong Agile experience and customer-facing capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 7+ years of experience in systems integration, software engineering, enterprise platforms, or related disciplines
- Experience leading integration teams on complex technology programs
- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, system interfaces, data exchange, and integration testing practices
- Experience supporting system deployment, interoperability, and operational integration activities
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and cross-functional engineering teams
- Experience mentoring engineers and supporting technical capability development
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in customer-facing and cross-functional environments
