Job Summary
Seeking a Systems Integration Engineer with a specialization in Software Issue Triage and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Responsibilities include conducting remote triage, using log parsing and telemetry data, to identify software failures and ensuring accurate dispositioning of issues to software development teams. Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in Systems Integration with a focus on software for complex systems, strong skills in log parsing, telemetry analysis, and automation of diagnostic tools. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Systems Integration, Software-Hardware interface, or R&D with a focus on software on complex mechatronic or autonomous systems
- Proven experience using monitoring and observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic)
- Experience interacting with cloud-based storage and databases (e.g., AWS S3, SQL, or NoSQL)
- Proven track record of navigating highly ambiguous software-hardware intersections
- Experience creating technical documentation or bug reports intended for software engineering audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HW/SW integration and design on HiL
- Experience with characterizing or troubleshooting HW/SW interactions such as cameras, encoders, IMUs, or other sensors
