Job Summary
Collaborate with customer project teams to support technical delivery, derive quality requirements, and manage scope and timeline expectations. Develop and document technical specifications, acceptance testing cases, and project collateral while performing system implementations, configurations, and Active Directory troubleshooting. Conduct user acceptance testing and provide Level 3 support and mentorship to junior team members. Lead the technical relationship with clients from initial requirement building through installation and final rollout.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of software and hardware systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Microsoft Windows Server
- MS SQL Server T-SQL and internals
- Active Directory
- At least two scripting languages
- C#, JAVA, .Net
- Networking
- IIS
- Public cloud
- Scripting experience with one or more scripting languages including SQL, JAVA or Powershell
- Active Directory Administration and Integration Experience
- Web Services Administration and Experience
- Experience with upgrading, installing, and configuring applications as well as Windows environments
- United States or Canada
- Level 3 Support
