Job Summary
Develop effective and efficient automation to provide agents an end-to-end booking solution using Amadeus Smart Flows, Smart Script, and Compleat Routines. Conduct weekly script updates with thorough QA testing, create and maintain documentation, and assist in analysis, UAT support, and postproduction. Build scalable, maintainable workflows that optimize business processes and reduce manual intervention while translating business requirements into technical automation solutions. Monitor solution performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for optimization of existing features to promote standardization and efficiency. Engage stakeholders to identify business needs, manage project communication, and ensure alignment with timelines and service levels. This role reports to the Manager of Automation Development within a globally recognized leader in corporate travel management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience creating Amadeus Smart Scripts
- Experience creating Amadeus Smart Flows
- Background successfully integrate Smart Scripts with APIs or Databases
- Proficiency in deployment of solutions to agents
- Substantial skills and proven working knowledge of Amadeus with an understanding of corporate travel industry standards
- Compleat (or alternate Mid Office) development experience
- Experience and understanding of version control concepts and practical application of systems
- Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite of products
- 3 or more years of Amadeus Automation development
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills required to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Must be able to work independently and complete deliverables on time and with the highest level of quality
- Strong critical thinking skills
