Job Summary
Facilitate integration between internal and external systems and contribute to the Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT). Coordinate with technical POCs to drive cross-team communication, develop tools and processes for capturing metrics, and evaluate technical outputs regarding schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing. Assess how decisions impact project timelines and testing phases while supporting the MDA Chief Engineer in coordinating complex engineering efforts. Maintain active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship to perform duties within this Huntsville, AL role.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- MDA (or DoW) Experience
- Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience with systems integration
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
Desired Qualifications
- Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)
- Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders
- Experience developing digital tools or dashboards
