Job Summary
Facilitate integration between internal and external systems while contributing to an Engineering Integrated Product Team. Coordinate with technical POCs to manage cross-team communication, develop tools and processes for capturing metrics, and evaluate working group outputs to track progress. Assess how decisions impact schedules, dependencies, and integrated testing. Requires a Master's degree with 12+ years of experience or a Bachelor's with 20+ years, including extensive MDA/DoW background and IPT support. Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a DoW security clearance. Located in Huntsville, AL.
Required Qualifications

- Extensive MDA (or DoW) experience
- Extensive experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience with systems integration
- U.S. citizen
- Ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)
- Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders
- Experience developing digital tools or dashboards
