Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with 5+ years as a SQL Server DBA
- Strong knowledge and experience with SQL Server 2019 and later
- Proven experience with SQL Server AlwaysOn, Distributed AGs, and WSFC
- Hands-on experience with Azure SQL (IaaS/PaaS) deployments and migrations
- Expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies
- Experience with backup/recovery tools and disaster recovery planning
- Proficiency in T-SQL, PowerShell scripting, and SQL Server automation tasks
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure DBA Associate, MCSA) are a plus
