Job Summary
Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team (~20) through the project lifecycle from requirements definition through development and integration to delivery; define project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements with Program Manager and Chief Engineer; manage risk and resolve technical challenges; provide mentorship and technical guidance; review Technical Data Package maintenance and act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders; participate in proposal development and planning for future programs related to the value stream.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Certified
- Program Manager Level 6 Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required before the start date
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Additional Requirements
- Active DoD security clearance required day 1
- US citizenship required for clearance eligibility
