Job Summary
System Architecture and design lead for VLSI and hardware-based products. Define product requirements, design and implement VLSI and hardware devices; develop architectural designs for new and existing products; select components, perform cost-benefit analysis, and ensure scalable, reliable hardware solutions compatible with deployment options. Provide technical leadership across design, development and deployment; develop PoCs to demonstrate feasibility; contribute to solutioning for client RFPs; collaborate with sales, development, consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture; oversee validation, performance testing, and continuous improvement of hardware design. Mentor developers and junior architects; create domain thought leadership through white papers and blogs; stay aligned with market trends and business objectives to define architecture strategy. Maintain product roadmaps, identify risks, and ensure delivery quality and timeline adherence.
