Job Summary
Fire Alarm Systems Estimator role at Associated Fire Protection in Omaha, NE. Responsible for developing pricing for basic project elements, preparing estimating deliverables, reviewing and estimating scope of work from project documents, budgeting and bidding, collecting and correlating cost data, managing bids, and guiding pre-construction activities. Requires 2–5+ years in fire protection systems design or related construction estimating, experience with Bluebeam or CM software, and strong communication skills; NICET certifications are beneficial and prior construction project management experience is a plus.
