Job Summary
Manage sourcing activities from tendering through contract negotiation to secure optimal purchasing conditions per company requirements. Monitor contracts with suppliers and stakeholders across innovation, development, and serial phases to ensure full compliance with terms regarding logistics, quality, and cost. Maintain daily relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value while minimizing total cost of ownership and risks. Contribute to multi-functional teams throughout the tendering, contracting, and contract life cycle phases, including active participation in team meetings. This role supports a new military program within Airbus Defence and Space's Air Power department, reinforcing European sovereignty.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business relations managing internal and external stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and ability to build and execute strategic plans
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven team mindset and ability to work with people from different functions and countries
- Negotiation level in English
- Fluent in French
- Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities
- French nationality
