Job Summary
Oversee technical consulting activities for integration services, project services, solutions desk, and business development. Manage an engineering team responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and installing software systems per customer specifications while providing pre-sales technical support to field sales. Direct routine operations, set priorities, and coordinate work activities with peers to ensure task completion and adherence to schedules. Evaluate quality deviations, survey customers on shipment accuracy and process efficiency, and implement corrective measures. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and Electro Static Discharge requirements while managing equipment calibration and enhancements. Create and present statistical, financial, and narrative reports to monitor department activity and identify process improvement opportunities. Requires 4+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel.
