Job Summary
Lead a team of engineers and meet with program leadership to identify staffing needs and rotations. Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding for new hires, update requirements documentation, and model system development processes using Cameo. Conduct trade studies, present results to customers, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues through detailed data analysis. Manage direct reports in a matrix environment while supporting SE efforts on programs. Requires a Bachelor's in STEM with 8 years of experience, DoD Secret clearance, and proficiency in system integration and EVMS. Onsite role in Tucson, Arizona with a salary range of $107,500 to $204,500.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance
- Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience working in the areas of system integration & test
- Experience with the Performance Development process
- Experience working in a matrix environment
Desired Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Engineering, Math or Physics
- Prior experience managing direct reports in an engineering environment
- Prior experience with conducting job interviews and evaluations
- Prior experience evaluating staffing levels
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a geographically dispersed team
- Experience with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar budget tracking system
- Experience with Raytheon's Proposal Capture Process (development of Basis of Estimates, etc.)
- Experience with the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
