Job Summary
Conduct system dynamics analysis, anomaly resolution, and performance trending for 24x7 operational environments. Develop and maintain tools to support system operations while coordinating maintenance tasks across multiple sites, contractors, and external partners. Deliver classroom lectures and manage training materials for the operations certification program. Provide technical leadership and feedback to baseline development teams to improve delivered processes. Support extended TDYs or PCS to the United Kingdom and work off-nominal hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a shared on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Minimum of 8 years of prior related engineering experience
- Experience with coding/scripting fundamentals
- Experience with Agile and DevOps tools and practices
- Experience with Radio Frequency (RF), Digital, Power, and/or Communication systems in a large 24x7 operational environment
- Experience with technical leadership and/or personnel leadership
- Active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance
- Willingness to provide shared on-call support (typically 1-week every month)
- Willingness to work off-nominal hours to include nights, weekends, holidays, and possible shifts
- Ability to work as an effective member of a badge less team
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Extended TDYs or PCS to the United Kingdom for work

- Experience delivering presentations
- Experience proactively completing assigned tasks and identify/work real-time/high priority tasks without direction
- Experience with managing and resolving large system anomalies in a team environment
- Experience in system dynamics, analysis, and determination
- Experience in coding/scripting
- Experience developing and maintaining tools to support analysis and tasks
