Job Summary
Lead systems development efforts for Data at Rest (DAR) technology products within the Space, Cyber, and Intelligence business area. Manage a cross-functional team responsible for Crypto & Cross Domain Solution products, applying AI for continuous improvement and championing process innovations. Drive systems development life cycle execution with a focus on Security Software Architecture, Cost Account Management, and negotiation to meet challenging customer requirements. This role requires a Department of Defense Secret security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 6–8 years of relevant experience. The position is fully on-site at the Dedham, MA facility with a 9/80 flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
