Job Summary
Lead systems development efforts for Data at Rest (DAR) technology within the Space, Cyber, and Intelligence business area, managing a cross-functional team responsible for Crypto & Cross Domain Solution products. Drive systems development life cycle initiatives, champion new ideas and process improvements, and apply AI for continuous innovation. Provide technical leadership through negotiation and stakeholder management to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions. This role requires a Department of Defense Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship. The position is fully on-site at the Dedham, MA facility, operating on a 9/80 flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
