Job Summary
Design and implement cloud infrastructure approaches to ensure six sigma reliability across servers, networks, and utilities. Conduct analysis to make engineering recommendations for cloud resiliency while monitoring utilization and planning continuous process improvement. Support the systematic design, architecting, and operation of cloud technologies for mission solutions, leveraging software and infrastructure-as-a-service to deliver GEOINT solutions. This 100% onsite role in St. Louis requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of government or industry cloud systems engineering experience. TS/SCI clearance is required. Peraton delivers trusted solutions to protect national security interests across land, sea, space, air, and cyberspace.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program
- 6+ years of working experience in government or industry supporting or leading cloud-based systems engineering efforts
- TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph
- Location: This position is 100% onsite in St. Louis, Missouri. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

- Cisco Certified Networking Administrator – Cloud
- Cisco Certified Network Professional – Cloud
- IBM Certified Cloud Solution Architect
- MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP7-CMA)
- Citrix XenApp expertise or certification
- Experience in Scripting/automation via PowerShell, VBscript, AutoIT or the like
- SAN storage infrastructure experience (EMC in particular)
- Microsoft Clustering experience
- Microsoft SQL experience (installation, configuration, troubleshooting experience)
