Systems Engineering & Integration Lead

Lead a small team that manages program-wide Systems Engineering and Integration for the GPS IIF program. Responsibilities include tasking, training, and motivating team members; running the Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO) board; ensuring enterprise and system requirements are met; coordinating with GPS program leadership, customers, and external partners; managing GPS IIF requirements documents, engineering specifications, and related handbooks; tracking changes and conducting impact assessments; coordinating with Government and external companies on GPS control segments; developing and maintaining program and IPT-level processes; participating in studies and potentially leading projects or studies; supporting program baselines, configuration, and data management; identifying staffing needs and supporting hiring/training; providing feedback to management for IPT members; and ensuring alignment across teams. The role emphasizes MBSE and change management, contract requirements analysis, and proposal inputs. This position is expected to be fully onsite with a focus on leadership, coordination across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance and engineering integrity across the GPS IIF program.
