Job Summary
Systems Engineer responsible for the development and maintenance of low voltage wire harness systems, creating electrical schematics according to customer (OEM) requirements and managing product changes throughout the engineering lifecycle. Acts as technical interface with OEMs, collaborates with CSC and manufacturing, and supports cross‐functional teams. Applies quality tools (FMEA, PDCA, 8D) and ensures compliance with automotive engineering standards. Requires degree in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical engineering; proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel) and 2D design tools (AutoCAD or equivalent). Strong communication skills in English and/or German; ability to manage multiple tasks, work with stakeholders, and travel if required.
