Job Summary
Onsite Systems Engineer V leading an engineering team to develop, integrate, and maintain enterprise systems and business processes while enforcing IT architecture standards in a high-security environment; responsibilities include providing technical direction and mentorship, aligning activities with enterprise architecture and mission priorities, defining baseline/target architectures, ensuring security/compliance, and guiding modernization efforts. Requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and extensive senior-level systems engineering leadership experience; preferred master’s degree and certifications (e.g., INCOSE CSEP, CISSP, PMP).
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with CI Poly
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering
- 15+ years of related experience in systems engineering, IT, or mission systems support
- 19+ years of directly related experience in systems engineering, enterprise systems, or similar disciplines
- Proven experience leading technical teams in an onsite capacity
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and system design principles
- Experience developing IT policies, standards, and architectural requirements
