Job Summary
Provide computer system support to company-wide projects, including onsite and external client facilities. Act as the primary contact for clients by resolving hardware, software, and communications issues while managing SLA-based triage and off-hours on-call rotation. Design, install, configure, and maintain networks, file servers, application solutions, and workstations, ensuring continuous availability and security. Train operations staff on new platforms, document architecture and troubleshooting procedures, and facilitate change control processes. Assess areas for improvement to recommend upgrades supporting technical standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working with different server operating systems, computer languages, equipment, network configuration/environments, and topologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Operational experience supporting a 24x7x365 environment
- Experience with the software development lifecycle, including change control and configuration management
- BS degree or 3+ years of equivalent technical training/relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with reporting applications to modify and run reports a plus
