Job Summary
Systems Engineer responsible for creating, sustaining, and troubleshooting complex operational data flows including data storage, transport, security, compliance, and knowledge-store management. Collaborates with mission customers to perform exploratory data analysis on raw data to clean, enrich, transform, and convert data into required formats, and devises methods to improve data flow processing, distribution, and reliability. Proficient in Linux command-line applications, Apache NiFi for data processing, and governance of corporate data flow and security practices; familiar with scripting (Bash/Python) and IaC tools (Ansible, Puppet, SaltStack), plus monitoring/observability (Grafana) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence). Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using the Linux CLI
- Experience creating, managing, and troubleshooting complex operational data flows
- Experience using Apache NiFi canvas to process and distribute data
- Experience with Corporate data flow processes and tools
- Experience with Corporate data security and compliance procedures and policies
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- Clearance: TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
