Job Summary
Systems Engineer I focused on server, storage, and networking performance for server and rack-level solutions; will interface with customers, sales, CTO and product engineering to ensure deliverables meet performance and design objectives. Responsibilities include system assembly and validation, end-to-end customer escalation management, pre-sales technical activities, developing scalable technical solutions, delivering technical presentations and training, and maintaining firmware/BMC updates throughout the product lifecycle. Requires collaboration across multi-site teams, deep knowledge of server hardware and software, and travel up to 10%. Education required: BSEE or BSCS or equivalent; 5+ years of engineering experience; proficient in Linux; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- BSEE, BSCS or equivalent is required
- 5+ years of related engineering experience
- Experience with server, storage and networking systems
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
