Join Fortinet as a Systems Engineer specializing in SASE, where you will support the sales organization on technical aspects during pre-sales meetings and sales calls. You will assist in qualifying sales leads, provide technical education to customers, and offer post-sales training. Ideal candidates will possess 5-8 years of experience in technical support, expertise in LAN/WAN/Internet services, and knowledge of varied technologies such as Routing, Switching, and Network Security.
Required Qualifications
- Native/fluent Portuguese
- 5 – 8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer
- 5 - 8 years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
- Strong understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP
- Knowledge of Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, Anti Virus
- Strong understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES
- Experience with encryption and authentication technologies required
