Job Summary
Manage, execute, and assess Flight, Technical, Cyber, and Programmatic risks through the MDA Risk Working Group. Conduct technical risk assessments to support Operational Capacity List decisions and provide expert review of evidence for system and design reviews. Support element risk development and lead daily Mission Execution discussions to disposition execution risks and event observations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM, seven years of experience, and an active Secret clearance. Based in the defense and aerospace industry, this role involves communicating technical information to senior MDA leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM
- 7+ years of experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- S. Citizenship
- Intermediate MS Office/TEAMS/PowerBI experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical information to senior MDA leaders
- Experience with Risk development and assessment
Desired Qualifications
- Strong task management skills
- Experience working with probability and statistics
- Technical understanding of one or more MDS system
- Understanding of MDS systems engineering including system assessment
- Ability to qualify for a TS/SCI clearance
