Job Summary
Hands-on Systems Engineer to support hardware and electronics for detector systems. Bridge high-performance electronics and scientific applications, delivering system integration, hardware testing, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities include system integration across product lines, hardware-focused testing and debugging, documenting technical specifications and test reports, and contributing to continuous improvement and the R&D technology roadmap. Requires a degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or related discipline and 2–3 years of post-graduate engineering experience. Strong electronics background, ability to work with software engineers and scientists, and skills in CAD, Linux/Windows, and Python or C++. An interest in particle detection, X-rays, or electron microscopy is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Degree: In Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of workplace experience in an engineering environment (post-graduation).
- Electronics Background: Proven experience in the design, validation, or debugging of electronic equipment.
