Job Summary

Manage operations, incident detection, escalation, and resolution processes aligned with ITIL best practices to ensure rapid response and minimal service disruption. Lead IT incident response and coordinate with government stakeholders as the Program Manager's delegate for IT incident resolution. Develop and maintain network and system dashboards for real-time operational and cyber metrics to support enterprise decision-making. Provide workforce education and mentoring to maintain IT operations, system administration, and network engineering culture across programs. Serve as the Designated Representative for the Program and Deputy Program Manager to lead IT incident resolution in their absence.

Required Qualifications

  • An active/current TS/SCI Security Clearance
  • BS/BA degree in an IT related field (or similar technical field)
  • eight (8+) years relevant experience
  • 12 years of relevant experience in the above-cited duties may be substituted in lieu of a completed higher education degree
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex IT Infrastructure environments
  • 8+ years of experience in network operations and systems management platforms and solutions
  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise IT teams supporting federal programs
  • Experience interfacing with senior government leadership and stakeholders
  • A current/valid IAT LVL II Certification

  • Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements efficiencies
  • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and proactive interactions
  • Ability to operate in high-tempo, mission-driven environments supporting national security
