Job Summary
Sem-Sol is seeking a Systems Engineer to enhance our engineering processes and facilitate integration with the Department of Defense. Responsibilities include requirements management, configuration process management, and collaboration with project teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in an engineering role
- Effective communicator
- Ability to effectively work on multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Experience with hardware and software development, integration, and test
- Formalizing the system engineering approach and tools to be used at Sem-Sol
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Physics, Engineering, or Math
- Degree or certification in systems engineering
- Previous experience as a systems engineer for a Department of Defense program
- Experience with software tools such as CATIA
- Experience with drawing release processes
- Experience with hardware and software configuration management
Additional Requirements
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
- Active Security Clearance is required or ability to obtain a security clearance.
