Job Summary
Seeking an L2 Support Engineer for advanced remote support in NYC Metro, preferably with MSP experience. This role involves troubleshooting enterprise networks and systems, requiring substantial Windows Server and networking knowledge, and offers professional growth within a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Substantial experience with Windows Servers
- Strong understanding of fundamental networking concepts (switching/routing, DNS/DHCP, RADIUS authentication, WAP management, Email security protocols)
- Strong experience managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with RMM tools
- Familiarity with the ConnectWise Suite of products
- Proficiency in administering, configuring, maintaining and upgrading various VMware technologies
- Proficiency in administering, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop environments
- Administering and configuring NAS and SAN technologies from various vendors
