Job Summary
Systems Engineer across multiple levels to interact with customers (DoW, DHS, DoS, and law enforcement) to determine CUAS needs, integrate sensors/effectors, and contribute to the DroneArmor C2 product line; roles involve requirement development, feature prioritization, demonstrations, and support across fielded systems, with emphasis on customer collaboration, hardware-software interfaces, geospatial data handling, and AI/ML algorithm development; positions expect a STEM degree or equivalent experience, US citizenship, and ability to work hybrid in Summit Point, WV, with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
- US citizenship
- Active Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience in systems engineering
- Proficiency in developing software algorithms and applications
- Experience with hardware/software interfaces (ICDs/APIs)
- Experience in designing, testing, debugging, documenting software
- Ability to work locally full time or hybrid in Summit Point, WV CUAS Integration and Test Facility
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with hardware
