Job Summary
MS365 Systems Engineer to design and implement world-class collaboration experiences for global colleagues using Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Intune, and related collaboration platforms. You will research, design, deploy, and promote new collaboration solutions; act as a liaison between vendors' engineering resources and the client's IT department to coordinate escalations; maintain proactive monitoring platforms; create technical documentation; provide day-to-day support during transitions; and analyze collaboration tool usage patterns through metrics dashboards. The role requires staying current on M365 capabilities, ensuring adherence to global standards, and delivering high-adoption, seamless digital workplace experiences in a hybrid Atlanta environment.
Required Qualifications
- System engineering/administration experience with SaaS-based collaboration platforms (Teams, Exchange, Intune) in a large-scale enterprise
- Proven success in diverse IT project teams
- Ability to establish and nurture productive partnerships with productivity and collaboration vendors
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to react quickly in triage situations
- Experience in risk management, quality assurance oversight, and review processes
- Hands-on experience within the last 3 years with enterprise video conferencing solutions (Microsoft 365/Teams), audio/visual technologies (conference rooms), and unified communications/telephony solutions
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent work experience in lieu of education
