Job Summary
Systems Engineer needed in Linthicum/Annapolis, MD to support agency modernization, consolidating disparate systems into ServiceNow, and updating security policies and procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing Authorization Services processes, coordinating with government representatives, recommending modernization of policies and solutions, maintaining lifecycle hardware maintenance documentation, drafting technical solutions for IT infrastructure, evaluating applications for migration readiness, and enabling stakeholder awareness and collaboration through tools and repositories. Must have a Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience (or equivalent combinations) and experience with ServiceNow, governance/IRMs, and creating reports/dashboards. US citizenship and TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with (12) years of relevant experience, OR Associate's degree with (15) years of relevant experience OR High School/GED with (20) years of relevant experience as a Systems Engineer
- Experience with implementation of ServiceNow
- Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
- Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance OR Integrated Risk Management
- Experience with developing and maintaining Reports/Dashboards supporting a customer
- Clearance: US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph (as per description)
