Systems Engineer (m/w/x) ComInt und C-ESM

Job Summary
Configure and design ComInt and C-ESM systems per customer requirements, manage changes during project execution or for existing customer systems, and oversee the customer system from concept through delivery. Identify capability gaps in hardware and software solutions to specify work packages for the product roadmap while maintaining and improving existing system configuration and documentation processes. Full responsibility for the customer system lifecycle, including travel within Europe (20%) and internationally (5–10%). Requires a technical degree with relevant experience, domain knowledge in government or military signal intelligence, and proficiency in configuration management tools like Siemens Team Center. English documentation skills and self-directed learning abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrungen als Systemingenieur im Konfigurations- und Änderungsmanagement
- Methodenwissen zur Strukturierung und Generalisierung von Systemkonfigurationen
- Praktische Erfahrungen mit Prozessen des Systems Engineering sowie der Konzeption von komplexen IT-Systemen
- Umgang mit einschlägigen Tools zum Konfigurationsmanagement (z.B. Siemens Team Center)
- Grundkenntnisse in Nachrichten- und Hochfrequenztechnik sowie im Umgang mit der entsprechenden Messtechnik
- Exzellente autodidaktische Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sichere Kommunikation und Dokumentation in englischer Sprache
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas (20%) und international (5 bis 10 %)
Desired Qualifications
- Domänenwissen im Bereich der behördlichen oder militärischen Signalaufklärung ist vorteilhaft
