Job Summary
Design and develop C5ISR/C4I system capabilities while building integration and implementation plans for system upgrades and deployments. Evaluate commercial and government technologies to recommend performance and security solutions, then track project progress and prepare milestone reports for program managers. Provide operational and maintenance support across PACAF sites, including troubleshooting, network repair, and installing C5ISRO architectures as directed. Coordinate with theater-wide engineers and government managers to align technical solutions and ensure system reliability for intelligence operations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating systems
- Deep understanding of Intelink, intranet technologies, and modern web processes
- Current knowledge of DoD Information Security Policies, COMPUSEC, INFOSEC, and emerging information warfare concepts
- Familiarity with Air Force intelligence systems and joint programs (GALE, GCCS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft technologies: Windows Server 2003/2007/2012, VMware, Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to proactively analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in C4I-related activities
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- TS/SCI clearance on day one
- Experience configuring network devices
- DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II – Security+
