Job Summary
Systems Engineer responsible for analysis of system requirements, timelines, requirements allocation, defining interfaces, system testing and integration and quality assurance. Leads technical planning, system design, development and integration, and system verification and validation. Develops innovative solutions to support strategic customer goals and engages with leadership to discuss concepts and approaches. Applies technical knowledge to resolve complex problems, communicates effectively with leadership, and influences others in evaluating alternatives and value-based phasing of solutions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience (additional experience in lieu of degree). Proficiency in Python and ServiceNow modules (Inventory, Procurement, Software Activation, Report Generation), along with data analysis tools such as PowerBI and Tableau, and strong MS Office and scripting capabilities.
