Job Summary
Develop engineering models of regional scenarios using SysML 2.0 and Design Innovation Environment tools to support campaign planning for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. Collaborate with all-source analysts and stakeholders to document modeling processes while adhering to delivery timelines within the Scientific and Technical Intelligence community. Manage multiple projects and analyze large datasets with AI/ML models to drive technical leadership on a focused team. Requires Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, and 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or mathematics. Must reside within commuting distance of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base or relocate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physical Sciences, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering, science, or mathematics
- Strong foundation in systems engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience with scenario-based modeling for campaign planning and execution
- Proficiency in Systems Modeling Language (SysML), ideally version 2.0
- Familiarity with Cameo, AFSIM, NGTS, ArcGIS, or similar tools
- Technical leadership experience
- Familiarity with INDOPACOM, EUCOM, and CENTCOM AORs
- Experience processing and analyzing large datasets, preferably with AI/ML models
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies
- Must reside within commuting distance to WPAFB, OH or be willing to relocate
- Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility required to start
