Job Summary
Ensure the stable operation of IT infrastructures for international clients by independently analyzing and resolving incidents to guarantee system availability. Proactively monitor environments to identify optimization opportunities while executing change requests with structured technical concepts. Develop sustainable solutions for complex problems and support continuous improvement of customer environments using expertise in Microsoft ecosystems, virtualization, and networking. Maintain current technical knowledge through ongoing training and contribute new ideas to the team. Deliver high customer satisfaction through service-oriented communication and reliable problem-solving in a collaborative setting.
Required Qualifications
