Job Summary
Design Missile Defense System Ground Test scenarios for the Missile Defense Agency by analyzing requirements, constraints, and system interoperations to build comprehensive HWIL and simulation tests. Utilize existing tools to provide input for future tool development while quickly mastering MDS components such as GMD, THAAD, and Aegis. Track multiple tasks within a fast-paced team environment to solve complex problems and innovate processes. Requires BS in Engineering, 7-10 years of system analysis experience, and active SECRET clearance. Join a dedicated software team focused on developing innovative solutions for defense systems.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Engineering, Math, Physics, or similar technical discipline
- 7-10 years of experience in system analysis or characterization of MDS components (e.g., GMD, THAAD, Aegis, Patriot, CD, UEWR, SBX, TPY-2, LRDR, etc.) to include weapon system and/or radar analysis experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Able to track multiple tasks at the same time
- Highly motivated and committed to completing tasks with excellence and within deadlines
- Be able to effectively work within a fast-paced team environment
- Active SECRET clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, and/or Python
