Job Summary
Develop, manage, and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for internal vehicle systems as well as external interfaces with customers and cargo payloads. Lead and facilitate agile sprints, including planning, execution, and retrospectives, to drive systems engineering tasks to completion. Serve as the Responsible Engineer (RE) for key systems, owning the technical baseline from requirements through verification and validation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless system integration and resolve interface challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in a systems engineering role
- Experience creating and managing complex Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
- Experience working within an agile development framework
- TS/SCI Clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI
