Job Summary
Systems Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems across the system lifecycle to support program and organizational goals. Serves as primary interface among management, customers, suppliers, and specialty disciplines to ensure stakeholder needs are understood and addressed. Focuses on Operations & Sustainment of interconnected networks with knowledge of System Engineering, Agile development, and DevOps to enable mission success. Requires TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, proficiency with Windows/Unix environments, and experience in Systems Integration and Testing including virtualized environments. Strong communication with project/program management and customers; ability to interface with multiple stakeholders; familiarity with server administration and databases (Linux/Windows/Oracle/SQL). Full-time role, with on-call/odd hours as needed; DoD 8570 certification preferred or required. Required Qualifications
- Education Level 3: Bachelor’s + 5 years of experience or 3 years with a Masters; 0 with Ph.D
- Experience: 4 additional years of experience required in lieu of a degree
- Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
- Required Skills: Understanding of systems engineering principles and processes
- Experience with Agile development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Office Products
- Preferred Skills: Server System Administration and troubleshooting in Linux/Windows/Oracle/SQL environments
- Ability to interface with stakeholders
- Security+ or another DoD 8570 approved certification
- U.S. Citizenship is required
