Job Summary
Develop system requirements specifications and architecture documentation by analyzing user needs, concepts of operations, and high-level system designs. Lead design and development activities through feasibility studies, technical direction for component integration, and end-to-end flow analysis. Manage system baselines, coordinate integration activities, and support DoD Certification/Accreditation processes while generating operational concepts and conducting quantitative performance analysis. This temporary 2-6 month contract at Fort Meade, MD requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and 20 years of systems engineering experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
- In lieu of a degree, an additional five (5) years of relevant experience
- Twenty (20) years with degree, or twenty-five (25) years of experience without degree
- Cross Domain Solutions experience
- Active TS/SCI (with CI Polygraph clearance within the past 10 years)
