Systems Engineer II - Naval Radars

Job Summary
Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and verification documentation for simulated and real-world Naval Radar environments. Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging while integrating tactical systems. Collaborate across disciplines to drive performance improvements and execute plans that verify requirements. Document integration efforts and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders. Support mission execution by traveling up to 10% to local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor locations, and customer sites. Requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance prior to start.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of two (2) years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in one or more of the following: systems hardware, systems integration, and/or systems test
- Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification
- Experience with RADAR or Radio Frequency (RF) systems
- Experience with military systems
- Experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and/or other programming languages
- Travel as needed (up to 10%) to support mission execution at various locations including local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations
- This role is onsite at our RTX facility in Tewksbury, MA or Woburn, MA
