Systems Engineer II - Naval Radars

Job Summary
Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and integration documentation for simulated and real-world Naval Radar environments. Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging. Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems while evaluating functionality and driving performance improvements across multi-disciplinary teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to verify requirements and communicate results effectively. Travel up to 10% to support mission execution at local facilities, test sites, and customer locations. Maintain a Secret security clearance and report for duty onsite at the RTX facility in Marlborough, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of two (2) years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in one or more of the following: systems hardware, systems integration, and/or systems test
- Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification
- Experience with RADAR or Radio Frequency (RF) systems
- Experience with military systems
- Experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and/or other programming languages
- Travel as needed (up to 10%) to support mission execution at various locations including local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations
- This role is onsite at our RTX facility in Marlborough, MA
