Job Summary
Systems Engineer- Healthcare responsible for designing and quoting innovative technology solutions (nurse call, RTLS, virtual care) by assessing customer needs, conducting site assessments, and presenting solutions to customers. Roles include consulting with customers in sales situations, producing technically rigorous designs that align with client policies, generating accurate quotes, creating detailed project documentation, and maintaining industry certifications. Strong emphasis on communicating features/benefits, delivering professional presentations to varied audiences, and achieving quote and engineering hours targets. Requires experience with low-voltage systems, knowledge of communications/networking (audio/video, security, fire alarm, wireless, data networks), and proficiency with Windows/Excel; valid driver’s license and ability to work primarily from a private office in De Pere, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of experience working with low-voltage systems
- Experience installing, servicing, or supporting nurse call systems preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and lead at all levels
- Excellent presentation skills in large and small groups
- PC proficiency in Windows and Excel
