Job Summary
Operate the technical and tooling capabilities of our front-line Operations teams (Customer Operations, KYC and Compliance, and Internal Operations such as Billing and Credit Control), focusing on optimizing and improving team efficiency. Build and maintain the internal systems, codebases, and tools used across the Operations lifecycle; create, own, and maintain technical process documentation; identify inefficiencies in cross-functional processes and take ownership of improvements; serve as the technical voice for Operations to help other tech functions understand tooling interactions; collaborate on supplier integration, sundown, and implementation projects with a focus on the technical impact of Operations tooling. The role emphasizes working with Zendesk, Qualtrics, APIs, and Ruby, and requires a track record of improving efficiency and customer experience while supporting a wide range of systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Zendesk (omnichannel) and Qualtrics as an admin
- Proficiency with APIs
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Github)
- Ruby programming experience
- Proven record of improving internal processes
