Job Summary
Integrate advanced hardware components, including Single Board Computers and FPGAs, into system chassis while working across disciplines to support full lifecycle integration. Isolate and resolve complex hardware, software, or firmware issues by writing detailed test procedures and utilizing automated scripting. Troubleshoot networks with tools like Wireshark and configure OpenVPX chassis alongside virtual environments. Obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire for this long-term role in Taunton, MA, with an hourly rate of $70.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire
- Problem Solving: Ability to independently isolate, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware, software, or firmware issues
- Test Development: Experience writing and executing detailed test procedures to validate system hardware and software against functional and performance requirements
- Test Automation: Familiarity with automated test scripting
- OpenVPX: Hands-on experience configuring OpenVPX chassis and cards
- Network Analysis: Proficiency with network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark
- Virtualization: Experience with virtual environments including VMware and Linux-based virtual devices
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

- CMOSS/SOSA: Familiarity with CMOSS and/or SOSA standards
